The WorkAbility partnership envisions the creation of four major results
“People with changed working ability: mapping the way to get soft skills to find and retain a job place" – a Resource |
A framework will be created through which we will both identify the soft skills that disabled people need to develop in order to maintain the
job place and identify practices to improve those soft skills. Partners will produce a final report with the findings. The report will guide and motivate the following outputs of the project, ensuring project outputs are based on evidence and existing promising, recommended or if spotted proven practices. |
Job Platform’ specifications for soft skills self-assessment |
The tool will permit people with changed working ability to have access to an appraisal process in which they self-evaluate their current levels of proficiency in key soft skills selected. This tool will be crucial for increasing people with disabilities’ capacity for professional autonomy, providing a baseline for fine-tuning the training course contents and tailoring the training to trainees
|
Soft Skills for employment – course portfolio |
The result will be the design and development of a training course that enables social workers to access curated content to train people with changed working ability (with great focus on young people) on developing their human capital potential. It will be a highly flexible and modular course.

Guide to apply the Job Platform |
The Job Platform should be open for any person that wants to use it. The idea behind this result is to make available a resource that explains step by step how to use the Job Platform. The guide will provide not only the guidelines to apply the Job Platform, but also some tools and methodologies for preparing the career plan and assisting the job search (follow up tools).
